Chandigarh, Sep 20: The meeting of the Northern Zonal Council chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah began here on Friday morning. The grouping comprises Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
